The best audition is simple: buy our cables, try them in your home for 30 days, and decide for yourself.If you love what you hear, we’d love to hear from you. If you don’t, return them within 30 days of receiving them for a refund.
Returned cables will be inspected and tested for damage. Refunds are issued minus shipping/handling costs and any processing fees.
We can offer this kind of guarantee because we are extremely confident in the quality and performance of our products. Returns are rare, and many of our customers come back for more.
Please note: During the ordering process, you are given the option of having your cables cured on one of our curing systems here for 200 hours before getting shipped to you. This process is strongly recommended. Uncured cables are considered incomplete, and thus are not elegible for the 30-day trial period.
