The Build Process & Timeline
Once your order is placed, it enters our build queue. That queue typically runs about 10 to 14 business days out, depending on demand. When your spot in line comes up, we begin construction of your custom cable using the exact materials and configuration you specified. After assembly, your cables undergo a dedicated 200-hour curing process, that’s over 8 full days of signal treatment, on one of our three custom burn-in systems. These systems run 24/7, cycling through real music and specialized burn-in tracks featuring white noise, frequency sweeps, and dynamic signals. The goal is simple: when your cables arrive, they’re already broken-in and ready to perform. Sure, they may continue to subtly settle into your system over the first few days, but you won’t be stuck listening to “brand new” sound. Once the cables arrive, you have 30 days to audition them in your system. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the results, just send them back. After inspection of the returned cables for condition, we’ll provide a full refund (minus processing fees and shipping/handling costs). No questions asked, no restocking fee.
